FasterForecasts is operated by FasterAI, LLC ("FasterAI", "we", "us").
2. Information we collect
Information we collect includes:
- Account information (e.g., email) if you choose to sign in.
- Basic usage/diagnostic data to help us improve reliability.
- Analytics information (for example via Google Analytics) to understand aggregated traffic patterns.
3. Forecasting data
We do not store any input data.
FasterForecasts is designed such that user-submitted Input is processed transiently and is not persisted, logged, or retained after forecast generation.
We may retain limited non-content metadata related to usage, including but not limited to:
- Input size or dimensionality
- Timestamps
- Execution duration
- Feature counts or schema shape
- Account-level usage statistics
This metadata:
- Does not include raw data values
- Cannot be reconstructed into the original Input
- Is used solely for billing, system performance, abuse prevention, and service improvement
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service (authentication, access control, customer support).
- Improve the product (bug fixes, performance, UX).
- Understand usage in aggregate (analytics).
5. Sharing
